Before you ask, the answer is YES, there are twins that have different birthdates. :) and I'm not just talking about 1-2 day differences -- it can be up to 200+ days. :p

The sitch?

I want to have a formal debut celebration for our 18th birthday which is just in time for my mom's Balikbayan trip here this August. And you guessed it right, my twin doesn't.

So what did we do? I talked to my parents and we figured to have it because even if she didn't want it, it's not like she'll lose anything, unlike me.

The problem?

Joan's being a pain by not helping, complaining, and deeming her classmate's debut more important than ours. Imagine, nung May-June pa naka-set ang date ng debut namin. Then she texted me yesterday saying debut ng classmate niya on the same day. And she wants us to cancel. HELLO??

1. Ilang weeks ahead kame nakapagpareserve.
2. start ng June pa lang sinabihan ko na siyang mang-invite. I bet kaya gusto niya kameng magcancel kasi naunahan pa siya nung classmate niya na maginvite.
3. 2 versus 1. Kung ung classmate niya ang magaadjust, nagiisa lang siyang maapektuhan. masaya siya kapag ako nagadjust para sa kanya. (okay, lumalabas ang pagka-mean ko pero nauna ako sa kanya!!!!!! and I'm mad! >:( )
4. I have already invited almost all my guests -- and had some of them adjust to the date.
5. baka hindi na umabot si mama kung iibahin pa yung date.
6. Joan obviously thinks mas important yung debut nung classmate niya kesa sa debut namin.
7. sabihn na nating selfish ako dahil pinipilit ko siyang magdebut, pero ano bang mawawala sa kanya pag nagdebut??
8. I'm obviously mad that's why I made this list.

so hayaan niyo na ako.

This is precisely why having a twin isn't all that great. Especially if your twin has a different personality from yours.

and mind you, we don't even get to play the "switching" game because we don't look that much alike. Bah.

I may have said some crappy things to her last night but she chose a really bad time to text me about it -- I was sick and was feeling bad because of the film and I was getting fed up by her complaints.

If she was really set on not having the debut then why tell me, not our folks?

And besides, what happened to her high school friends?? Is I-med the only people she can invite? Hindi naman siya anti-social ah. I think she underestimates her social capabilities.

Ano ba yan, inaanalyze ko naman siya ngayon. Haaaaaay. I'll return to writing papers na nga!

I got home at around 9:00 am and still, wala pa rin akong tulog. Yes naman!

Thing is, I have to sleep now kasi 3:00 may CTKPC practice kame. I really hope walang module ngayon. if ever na meron. hay.

Gosh I feel weak. I need to go.

I feel sad because classes are ending. :(

I haven't told dad yet about Kat's debut on saturday. >_< maaaan. Sana payagan akooo. :(
